penang laksa the good old fashioned way

Yeap, i'm in penang with chris. She wanted some wan ton soup, had that for dinner. Next ,morning mum and Aunty Ann are busy de-boning fish for the laksa. Mixed with some nice herbs and spices, the mix goes on the firewood stove in the outer kitchen sandbox grill.

the red one is tangy and hot. The yellow one is nice and creamy. Sorry, no photos of the laksa in the bowl. Even this blog has a lower priority when it comes to laksa.
All i have to say is that its the best in the world. sent via pda
