1. Build a plan.
havent heard of a good one lately from the current country's admin
2. Align yourself with the best people on the planet to help you get the job done.
most of them are too old , rich and unmotivated to serve
3. Make things as simple as possible.
too old fashioned thinking, they dont surf...... or else they'd know what the people are complaining about.
4. Lead. Lead, not manage.

5. Make sure the people who report to you know what you value.
